Cancelling a CFTools Cloud subscription

You can cancel your CFTools Cloud subscription the following ways:

• Through your CFTools account under https://app.cftools.cloud/billing/subscription or statically linked on all website pages
• Contacting support through our help desk
• Contacting us by e-mail via `[email protected]`

Cancellations are in effect at the next renewal date.

Effects of cancellation

When cancelling your CFTools Cloud subscription, you can utilize CFTools Cloud until the current billing term ends.

End of subscription

After the billing term ends (at the renewal / cancellation date), the subscription is stopped and you will no longer have any subscription benefits or features.

As the contractual relation between you and CFTools ends at this date, our role as data processor (GDPR) ends. All data you have generated on the CFTools Cloud platform will be deleted from active use and from all our systems and backups.
