What game servers are supported?
All game servers on our supported titles are supported, regardless of where they are hosted, as long as the server is reachable over the internet and has RCon enabled. Cloud currently supports DayZ, ArmA 3, ArmA 2. Support for Rust, ArmA Reforger, DayZ Console Edition, Hell Let Loose is coming soon.
Does CFTools Cloud require RCon?
Yes. CFTools Cloud connects to your existing game server over RCon, so RCon must be enabled and the server must be reachable over the internet.
Is the Free plan actually free?
Yes. A free tier is available with no credit card required until you are ready to upgrade.
How long are logs retained on paid plans?
On paid CFTools Cloud plans, log retention is at least 30 days and up to 180 days, depending on the plan.
Can staff act without the RCON password?
CFTools Cloud includes a fully granular RBAC system so staff can administer servers without sharing the RCON password.
Where is my data hosted?
All CFTools storage and processing happens in the European Union (Germany), regardless of which edge region connects to your game server. Everything sensitive, such as RCon passwords, is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Is CFTools Cloud GDPR compliant?
CFTools Cloud is GDPR compliant. Data processing agreements and related compliance items are handled as part of the platform.
Does it integrate with Discord?
Yes. CFTools Cloud offers Discord integration for real-time notifications and automated announcements to your community.
Is there an API?
Yes. CFTools Cloud provides a REST API for automation, custom integrations, and building your own tools on top of CFTools.
Can I share ban lists across servers?
Ban lists can be shared across your own servers, and community-wide ban list sharing is available.
What is the difference between CFTools Cloud and CFTools Architect?
CFTools Cloud manages existing servers over RCon. CFTools Architect deploys and maintains game servers on hardware you control. Many operators use both.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade anytime and the change takes effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
