Invoices

You will receive an invoice in the Billing section of your CFTools account when you: 

  1. Change your plan type
  2. enable or renew a subscription or add-on service

Invoices are generated daily, and you will receive an e-mail notifying about this event. Should you have a valid payment method attached to your account, the amount owed will automatically be debited and the invoice is regarded as settled.

To download your invoices:

  1. Log in to your CFTools account
  2. Click the My CFTools Cloud tab
  3. Click on Billing
  4. Click on invoices
  5. Open the PDF version using the Open PDF button
